Yin and Shun – Hawaii Wedding Photography

Later we headed to the beautiful Paradise Cove chapel at Paradise Cove. It was truly a special feeling to be a part of this wedding because Yin and Shun’s family made us feel like we were a part of the event and a part of their family. Nearly everyone had traveled from China and and L.A to celebrate the love of these two.

How did you meet?

My best friend Zoe, who is also my maid of honor, met Shun when she was shooting our common friends’ wedding, and Shun was one of the groomsmen. Zoe learnt that he was from the same province in China as me, and we both stayed in LA for 2 years before, so Zoe and the couple decided to introduce us. Then we met at a party they threw to “set us up”. We can’t thank them enough for that now that we think back.
Travel, watch movies and TV series, cooking and eating together, talking about life and everything
It’s a small wedding for family and close friends, they are the most important people in my life, and I am thankful for them to come and share our happiness. It’s not going to be luxury but it’s going to be very sweet. We chose Hawaii because we both grew up by the seaside in our hometown in China, so we have deep love for the ocean. And Hawaii has the most beautiful ocean view all over the world, that makes our wedding site perfect. Hawaii is also kind of the middle point of US and China, so it’s easier for family to come.
