Bawo and William – Country wedding at Texas Old Town, Kyle Texas

Working with Bawo and William was an absolute blast from the very beginning. Bawo is one of the most fun brides I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and she knows how to make you feel like a friend even when you were only hired to photograph her wedding. She exudes warmth, kindness, and an adventurous personality, and everyone around her seemed to appreciate her for that. She and William have the type of relationship where they can look at each other as if they are the only people in the room, and I was lucky enough to capture several of those moments.  It was a true honor and pleasure to be there for this couple during the most important moments in their lives. As always, I am honored.

From the bride and groom: Will and I met at Texas Tech through mutual friends in the fall of 2009. It was a great football season for our Red Raiders! We didn’t start dating until after he graduated in the spring of 2010. We’ve been together for 4 years now and we’re exited to be able to buy a house and travel much more!

We love lazy afternoons on the couch watching dorky movies, and eating my latest creation from the kitchen. We  love working out and hanging out with good friends.

Our wedding is centered around rustic Texas in the spring time. The hill country is SO beautiful around this time of year and we really wanted to capture the beauty of that a lot with the stylistic ideas that make Texas so great. Lots of wrought iron, natural elements, and good food.
